Health care looks to telehealth to address physician burnout and stress

"Although the COVID-19 pandemic cast the spotlight on provider stress and burnout, the issue has been around long before the virus appeared. And networks like Providence Health have already taken steps to address it."

Josh Cutler, social worker, and Arpan Waghray, MD, psychiatrist and chair of Providence's behavioral medicine clinical practice group, joined forces to create the Behavioral Health Concierge program addressing caregiver burnout, stress and mental health.
