Providence names Ruth Krystopolski as President of Ayin Health Solutions
RENTON, Wash., Nov. 29, 2021 – Providence, one of the largest health systems in the nation, announced that Ruth Krystopolski will serve as the organization’s new president of Ayin Health Solutions, a population health company created to share expertise and solutions with other health systems. We are officially setting the stage for the continuing success of Ayin Health Solutions, our population health management company and wholly owned subsidiary serving external and internal clients. Ayin provides much needed services for providers, payers, government programs, and employers – especially organizations actively transitioning to value based care.
“Ruth has the ideal skill set to take Ayin to exciting new places,” said Rhonda Medows, M.D., Providence president of population health. “Her entire career has centered around ensuring health care is affordable and accessible to all, and she is passionately driven to bring value to the communities we serve and in engaging provider and community partners to accomplish this great task.”
Ruth will focus on shifting the attention of an entire industry away from costly ways of treating patients, towards a vibrant, comprehensive approach, one that places value on the full experience, on every level, at every moment. She will lead Ayin in empowering leaders with a vision to bring the best care to all, not just a fortunate few.
“Leveraging 160 years of Providence delivering compassionate quality care, Ayin Health Solutions is able to equip organizations with the expertise and services to help them reduce costs, improve care, and keep pace with the shifting health care landscape,” said Krystopolski. “I am excited to use my expertise to help organizations transform, reach farther in influencing their communities, and provide more impact to those they serve, on every level at every moment.”
Krystopoloski most recently served as senior vice president of population health at Atrium. She was responsible for the development and implementation of value-based care models across the organization. She also led the system level Care Management, Employer Solutions and other Value-Based Programs and provided oversight of the Poison Control Center in Charlotte, NC in partnership with the State of North Carolina. She led the coordination of the Population Health work across the broader organization which includes key stakeholder such as Information and Analytic Services, Community Health, Post-Acute Care, and others to align strategic goals with the overall mission and vision of the organization.
