Secure chat, results review, and more: See what’s new with the Epic upgrade

The latest Epic upgrade went live on Sunday, April 16. Here are a few highlights:

  • Select Offline or Do Not Disturb status in Secure Chat, for when you’re unavailable.  
  • Customize the location of newest data in Results Review. 
  • Respond to CDI Queries more efficiently with new notes feature. 
  • Learn more about the changes in this update for hospital providers.
