Your voice matters! Share your thoughts in the Provider Survey, now through Oct. 31
PROVIDENCE OREGON – Our Mission compels us to create a best-in-class place to practice medicine for physicians and providers. In fact, it is one of our most important priorities and a top strategic initiative for Providence and our family of organizations. We want to understand how we can help improve your work environment and enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
The 2022 Provider Survey gives you with the opportunity to share meaningful input regarding our organization.
This year’s survey will be administered by Press Ganey. The survey will be open Sept. 19 – Oct. 31, 2022. When you receive your unique link from noreply@surveys.pressganey.com, we encourage you to set aside 10 minutes to complete it. Your data — combined with your colleagues’ — will help us understand how we can better support our physicians and providers, improve operations, and restore the joy in practicing medicine.

Your privacy is very important to us; please rest assured that responses are confidential and will only be reported in aggregate. Feel free to be candid and offer your honest feedback and suggestions for improvement. If we have not raised issues you feel are important, space at the end of the survey provides room for comments.

Who takes the survey?
- All Providence-employed providers hired on or prior to June 1.
- Urgent care and ExpressCare providers.
- Select hospital affiliate providers.
- Independent providers with 100 or more hospital encounters.
Note that per-diem/locum providers and residents are not included in the survey. Some nurse practitioners may be invited to take both the 2022 Provider Survey and the Caregiver Experience Survey.
