One-on-One Yoga Sessions
Schedule a private session with an oncology-trained yoga professional. You’ll learn to:
- Ease treatment side effects
- Reduce stress
- Build bone mass
Together, you will create a personalized practice that can be replicated at home and modified over subsequent sessions. Yoga therapy can be an empowering part of your healing journey.

Yoga Stretch with Susan
5:30 p.m. | Thursdays
A gentle yoga class using stretches to reduce tension and improve flexibility. Poses are held with relaxed muscles. For all fitness levels; beginners welcome.

Yoga4Cancer
10:30 a.m. | Wednesdays (Zoom)

Yoga4Cancer is designed to support cancer patients and survivors in their recovery. This gentle oncology yoga class helps you safely increase strength, mobility and bone density while improving your overall well-being. Yoga4Cancer also addresses common side effects like fatigue, anxiety and discomfort.

Chair Yoga on Zoom

Chair yoga gently increases flexibility, strength and body awareness through seated postures and stretches. Sessions often include breathing techniques and meditation.

A gentle yoga class using postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and mindfulness to support healing and recovery.

This yoga class is perfect for all levels of practice. Focus is on foundational yoga postures that align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body and calm and clear the mind.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a gentle, time-honored therapy that uses very thin needles to support the body’s natural balance and healing. It can help ease chronic pain and relieve common symptoms related to cancer and its treatment—such as nausea, fatigue, sleep issues, nerve pain, and anxiety—helping patients feel more comfortable and supported throughout their care.
Cost: $85 initial visit / $65 follow-up
$40 reduced-rate sessions with senior acupuncture students available

Tai Chi with Michael

Gentle Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan emphasizes balance, relaxation, posture and mindful movement to support comfort, awareness and overall well-being.
