Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance has once again earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, marking its fourth consecutive rating period with the highest national distinction for patient safety.

The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit focused on patient safety, evaluates hospitals across the country on how effectively they prevent medical errors, infections and injuries, as well as their commitment to transparency and accountability.

Earning an “A” grade reflects exceptional performance in protecting patients from harm and delivering high-quality care. Maintaining this top rating over multiple reporting periods demonstrates Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance’s sustained commitment to safety, strong teamwork and a culture centered on continuous improvement.
