Providence ER clinics ready to serve patients

“I want to thank the people of Northwest Washington for their role in helping to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Without your sacrifices, I fully believe we would have faced more severe illness and death in our community. We who work in health care are so grateful for our community’s outpouring of support. One silver lining of the pandemic has been the way we have all pulled together and worked to take care of each other,” says Kim Williams, chief executive for Providence for Northwest Washington.

As the community came together to help health care workers manage resources and minimize contact for everybody’s safety, health care experts are reminding patients that it is still important to get the care that is needed – even if it is non-COVID related. Providence has remained prioritizing the safety of patients and caregivers and are taking aggressive measures to protect all parties from exposure to allow for non-COVID related treatment. Kim is reminding the community to not hesitate to come in if care is needed.
