Join quarterly wellness convergence call for compassion discussion, Nov. 9

PROVIDENCE OREGON – Caregivers and providers are welcome to join an upcoming wellness convergence call, aimed at developing our shared knowledge around topics of well-being, resilience and compassion.

The virtual event will feature three caregivers reflecting on their experiences with practicing self-stewardship and supporting their own personal wellness.

  • Explore the language of wellness and well-being
  • Discuss approaches to self-stewardship
  • Recognize opportunities for connection and community
  • Identify aspects of life that deserve your love, energy and attention

Participants can download a supplemental document that will be used in discussing the last bullet point above.

The speakers for the call are Tracy Brown, chief mission officer, Providence St. Peter Hospital; Nora Perry, regional program manager, Providence Brain and Spine Institute; and Leslie Brown, administrative coordinator, compassionate care.
