Providence family of organizations

Providence has successfully completed Phase II implementation of LeanTaaS iQueue, a web-based, AI-enabled system to enhance efficiency when scheduling elective surgeries at acute care facilities. Operations are now live in California, Washington, and Montana. This milestone marked a significant step and set the stage for our next phase.

The Phase III launch of iQueue in Alaska, Oregon and Texas began in March. The introduction of LeanTaaS iQueue has already begun to revolutionize our surgical efficiency at Providence.

Key benefits include:

  • Enhanced operating room efficiency: Improved visibility and utilization of operating rooms is streamlining operations and optimizing resources.
  • Streamlined booking: Surgeon clinical staff can quickly find and book available operating room times, expediting the scheduling process.
  • Informed decision-making: Real-time analytics for surgical leaders is enhancing scheduling and resource-allocation decisions.

By integrating modern solutions such as LeanTaaS iQueue into our perioperative services, we are continuously enhancing our operations, delivering the highest-quality care to our patients and easing the way for our surgeons.

We appreciate your collaboration and support throughout this implementation journey. Your invaluable contribution ensures the successful rollout of LeanTaaS iQueue across Providence, allowing us to achieve operational excellence in our surgical services.
