Epic Hyperdrive is now live

What is Hyperdrive?

• Hyperdrive is Epic's new web browser.
• Hyperdrive is NOT a new electronic health record – it is a new way to access the Epic activities you use every day. 
• Many caregivers have tested Hyperdrive and are excited about the faster performance.

What is changing?

1)   The Hyperdrive icon became available in your region by 6 a.m., Jan. 28. 

Icon color will be based on your region (not time zone). Red is WA/MT, Blue is OR/CA/TX/NM, and White is AK. 

If you do not see the icon on a desktop, please put in a ticket with support options below. 

2)   The current Hyperspace icon will be rebranded to “Classic” and will be phased out after Hyperdrive go-live.
