Report workplace violence: ‘Speak up for safety’

PROVIDENCE OREGON – Reporting events of violence helps program managers develop successful mitigation strategies.

• Medical staff members employed outside of Providence can report a violent event to a nurse manager or house supervisor.
• Providence employees should click on the “Speak Up for Safety” icon on your computer desktop to report an event. They should also report any physical injuries to Sedgwick to start a worker’s compensation insurance claim.
