Microsoft + Nuance has identified and is working to address degraded performance issues resulting from the CrowdStrike defect remediation process for-Dragon Medical One (DMO) and Dragon Medical SpeechKit (DMSK).
Symptoms may include:

Dragon Medical One (DMO) / Dragon Medical SpeechKit (DMSK): users may intermittently experience inability to login/connect; latency while dictating; auto-texts not working
