As physicians, you know how important patient assistance funds are.

SOUTH PUGET SOUND – This year’s Fund-a-Need addresses something many physicians are regularly concerned about – a patient’s transition from hospital to home.

The Sister Rita and Sister Carolyn Patient Assistance Funds provide support for essential post-discharge needs—including home visits, durable medical equipment, prescriptions, and, when needed, food and transportation assistance — these funds help remove barriers to healing and promote the dignity, well-being, and recovery of each person we serve.

How you can support this year’s Fund-a-Need

Gala tickets are now sold out, but you can still make a significant difference to the Foundation's effort to raise over $500,000 for these critical assistance funds.

Help us reach our $50,000 physician giving goal before the gala. If we meet this goal, the Foundation will recognize this collective leadership gift during the event — showing our community that physicians across our ministries stand together in support of patients transitioning home.
