The Coronavirus outbreak is a source of stress for most everyone right now. How you respond to the outbreak and the stress it's causing you will vary based on your background, the community you live in, and other factors.

  • Try meditation, eat healthy meals, find ways to exercise at home and get some sleep
  • Stay connected with friends and family via video chats or old fashioned phone calls
