Providence reaches agreement with Cigna in Washington state 

We are pleased to announce that Providence and Cigna have reached an agreement for a new commercial contract in Washington state.  

This new agreement ensures there is no disruption in care for Cigna members and that patients will continue to have access to doctors, clinics and hospitals in the Providence family of organizations, including Kadlec.  

We look forward to working together to provide vital services and exceptional care to our patients and communities.- 

Patients with Cigna commercial insurance should disregard any prior communications that state they will be out of network or non-contracted at Providence on Oct. 1, 2026, in the event our contract expires with Cigna.
