Welcome Silje Kennedy as Surgical Services Director

It is my pleasure to announce that Silje Kennedy has joined South Puget Sound as our new Surgical Services Director. She started on Monday, April 20. Silje brings a wealth of experience, having successfully led surgical services teams in both small community hospitals and large medical centers. Her familiarity with our community and dedication to patient care make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team. 

Silje’s appointment is the result of a truly collaborative hiring process. Surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical leadership, clinical directors and our executive team all played integral roles in selecting the best candidate.
